Over 19 years of Construction Management experience includes:
• Planning, directing and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects, including residential, com-mercial and industrial structures, roads, schools, hospitals and religious buildings.
• Construction supervision including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing and invoicing.
• Experience in full on-site construction management and land development; effectively schedule, moni-tor and inspect all work from start to customer orientation.
• Work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, decorators, agents and clients.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
• Provide scheduling and coordination of all design and construction processes from conceptual devel-opment stage through final construction, including hiring and oversight of specialty trade contractors.
• Oversee construction supervisors and workers.
• Responsible for on-time and within budget project completion.
• Work with owners, engineers, architects and others involved in the construction process.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling and implementation of projects.
• Lead responsibility of various project activities including: Site preparation (i.e., land clearing and earth moving); sewage systems; landscaping and road construction; building construction (i.e., excavation and laying of foundations and erection of the structural framework, floors, walls, and roofs); and building systems (i.e., fire-protection, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Evaluate and determine appropriate construction delivery systems
• Develop and implement cost-effective plans for project completion.
• Organize project into logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines.
• Use of sophisticated estimating and scheduling techniques and computers with specialized software including but not limited to PROLOG, Timberline, OST, Quick Bid and Microsoft Projects.
• Oversee the selection of general and trade contractors for all project work - which could include every-thing from structural metalworking and plumbing to painting and carpet installation.
• Determine labor requirements, both union and non-union.
• Oversee the performance of all trade contractors for on-time completion of their scope of work.
• Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Closely monitor the quality of all construction, worker productivity and safety.
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
• Direct and/or monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
• Track and control construction costs to avoid cost overruns.
• Direct the work of all project staff, including assistant managers, superintendents, field engineers and supervisors.
